Standing at an impressive 93 stories, this project will be the tallest tower gracing the Jeddah Corniche. This mixed-use development, situated on a sizeable 7,000-square-meter plot, will offer luxurious apartments alongside other functionalities. Our role encompasses the complete architectural design journey, from conceptualizing the initial vision to crafting comprehensive design documents (AOR), securing necessary licenses, and overseeing all design stages – schematic design and full detailed design.
