This project represents a masterplan collaboration with ROSHN, encompassing a mixed-use development spanning 13 million square meters in Al Hofuf. The project will integrate residential housing with various other uses, fostering a vibrant community. Our scope of work entails AOR, Licensing procurement, and logistical support throughout the development process.
