This project presents an exciting mixed-use development on King Road, Jeddah, encompassing a prestigious 5-star hotel, vibrant retail centers with F&B options, and modern office buildings, all situated on a substantial 60,000-square-meter plot. As the lead consultant, we will leverage the design concept provided by a renowned international consultant and deliver a comprehensive architectural solution. Our scope of work includes AOR, meticulous schematic and detailed design phases, and the creation of comprehensive tender documentation to ensure smooth and successful project execution.
