This project is a 40-story mixed-use tower located in Riyadh with three basement levels situated on a 5,000-square-meter plot. The lower ten floors will house a luxurious 4-star hotel, while the remaining space will be dedicated to high-end apartments, culminating in exclusive penthouses on the top floor. Our scope of work encompasses the entire design process, from initial concept to construction supervision, ensuring a seamless and successful development.
