Peyman Mohajer brings over 40 years of international experience in the design, coordination, and project management of complex construction projects across a wide array of sectors, including commercial, retail, hospitality, exhibitions, and residential developments. With 27 of those years rooted in the Middle East, he has played a pivotal role in delivering some of the region’s most iconic high-rise structures, often distinguished by their intricate geometries and engineering challenges.

Peyman served as Regional Managing Director for the Middle East at the UK-based multidisciplinary consultancy Whitby & Bird and continued in this leadership role following its merger with Ramboll. In 2010, he founded WME Engineering Consultants, which, under his guidance, evolved over 15 years into a globally respected engineering practice. His leadership was instrumental in driving exponential growth across the region, delivering robust and high-quality engineering solutions. In 2022, WME was acquired by Egis Group, where Peyman took on the role of Regional Building Line Director, Energy & Sustainable Cities for the Middle East and South Asia. In 2024, Peyman embarked on a new journey as co-founder of 9E Global, a forward-looking venture built on decades of experience, with a mission to transform industry standards and pioneer the future of the built environment.

Murali possesses over 25 years of experience in civil and structural engineering design, with a proven track record across a diverse portfolio of developments. His project experience spans multi-storey residential towers, commercial and office buildings, hotels and leisure facilities, large-scale retail malls, educational campuses, cultural institutions, heritage and building restoration projects, parking structures, and complex healthcare facilities.

He has extensive expertise in the analysis and design of a broad range of structural systems for low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise buildings, including reinforced concrete, post-tensioned, composite, and steel structures. His technical capability covers the full project lifecycle, from concept and schematic design through detailed design and construction-stage support.

In addition, Murali is highly experienced in designing structures to withstand extreme environmental and loading conditions, including hurricane-force wind events and seismic activity. His approach integrates international design codes with advanced analytical methods to ensure safety, resilience, and long-term performance of buildings in challenging geographic and climatic contexts.

Niall, the MEP & Sustainability Director at 9E Global Engineering, brings extensive expertise in Design & Delivery across diverse asset classes. With a track record of managing multi-disciplinary Technical Design teams, he has consistently achieved success in project execution.

Niall excels in team building, leveraging individual strengths and achievements to ensure project success. He prioritizes trust and accountability within his teams, emphasizing quality as the cornerstone of decision-making processes.

Throughout his career, Niall has managed all phases of Project Life-Cycles, from inception to completion and operations. He has collaborated with Country Leadership Clients, Contractors, and End User/Operators, delivering exceptional results.

Additionally, Niall has previously owned and operated an independent commissioning company in the UK, overseeing projects for esteemed clients like The Grange Hotel Group London and Network Rail.
