Project Description

The project involves the masterplanning and development of the 6 million sq.m EXPO 2030 Riyadh site, incorporating comprehensive utility infrastructure systems to support the full spectrum of Expo operations.

The scope includes the design of:

  • District Cooling networks

  • High-Voltage (HV) and Low-Voltage (LV) electrical distribution systems

  • Potable water supply and drainage networks

  • Fire protection systems

  • Gas supply infrastructure

Legacy and Future Readiness

The masterplan and utility systems are strategically designed to enable a seamless transition to the post-Expo legacy phase, converting the site into approximately 10 million sq.m of developable GFA.

The design ensures the Expo site is fully adaptable in terms of scalability and long-term functionality, supporting future development and sustainable use of the site through 2040 and beyond.
